Ezell's Famous Chicken Process

Branding & Identity | Visual Design

Objective

Ezell’s has carved out its own niche, because there is not a strong presence of Southern classic comfort food, especially fast food, in Seattle. They technically are a fast food restaurant but provide a better quality product that doesn’t make you feel instantly depressed after you eat it.

However, their aesthetic is weak and dated, which doesn’t make for a very memorable experience.

Challenge

To re-brand their restaurant and create a welcoming, authentic and trusting atmosphere that will leave customers choosing them over all the other cookie-cutter corporate fast food restaurants.

Outcome

I created a fresh new look for the company allowing  them to stand out amongst all the other chicken restaurants as they continue to expand, something that is wholesome and true to their company values. There will be an an app so customers can pre-order their food and utilize self check-out services that will provide an even faster experience, instead of incorporating a dining area in all of their locations. Also, I added a drive-thru system in their current restaurant.
